Its a bug or i miss something? To declare war as a vassal in Bannerlord, here is what you need to do: Open the Kingdom menu and select the Diplomacy tab. Select the faction you want to declare war on. There is a button with the word “Propose” at the bottom of the menu. Click it to launch a vote for war against that faction by using 200 Influence.
